I was lucky enough to speak to Paul who listened to my very emotional and frantic story. Paul booked me in for the free consultation a matter of days later, despite the fact that the clinic is always very busy. This was a mere month ago. Today I have come home with my amazing new top dentures and I just cannot find sufficient or adequate words to express the complete difference this will make to my life. I had, several months ago, been left with no top teeth bar one which affected everything- eating, speaking, working, confidence, facial appearance, mental health. I was devastated to think also that a long awaited expensive and very special holiday was going to be ruined due to no functional teeth. It is no exaggeration to say that Paul, Elizabeth and the amazing team at Devonshire have saved my holiday, my confidence and so much more. The thorough, caring and empathetic treatment I have received has been absolutely outstanding. Your work on my car, resulted in my car catching on fire. My husband and I visited Cumbria Auto Electrical services one month ago to have a 12v port fixed. The 5a fuse was changed to a 10a fuse resulting in too much current being allowed through a connection that couldn't handle it. I'm obviously deeply concerned and rattled by this experience. In addition, I now have to pay for additional damage to my car that could have been avoided.Crusader189 days agoThis may not be the cheapest way to obtain dentures. It is most certainly the best way to have dentures moulded and fitted. Paul and his great team are a joy to be around. Nothing is too much trouble. The customer care is second to none. Paul sorted them out on several occasions then recommended a new set. New dentures built with Paul talking me through the process so everything was clear. New dentures arrived and, after a couple of small adjustments, they were a perfect fit. Sometimes can't even tell they are there. I couldn't recommend more. Friendly, professional, honest and well priced. We booked in to replace an old diesel heater in our Motorhome. They actually got the old one working and offered to save us money by not going ahead to replace it ( that's not too common these days). We decided that for peace of mind we'd go ahead with the replacement. As they are a WEBSATO registered service centre we also received an extra year's guarantee. WIN..WIN. Thanks again Gary, Ian and Luke. Please Note. They don't work on cars. I kept being reminded that it was “only an interim denture,” but that didn’t help when I couldn’t even keep it in! I then decided to visit Devonshire House. From my very first encounter with Elizabeth, who was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional, to Paul, who took the time to really listen and understand my stress — I couldn’t have asked for better care. Paul went above and beyond to make sure I could eat and speak properly again. I only had one day to sort things out, so I honestly didn’t expect a solution — but thanks to his skill and dedication, I left with a denture that finally felt right.
